Increase North Sea drilling, Sarwar tells Miliband

Anas Sarwar has been privately lobbying Ed Miliband to push for more drilling in the North Sea. The Scottish Labour leader revealed he had texted and telephoned the Energy Secretary to call for the Rosebank and Jackdaw fields to be given the go-ahead.
