Labour's Angela Rayner was cleared by HMRC in second home stamp duty row just 24 HOURS after her lawyers demanded a decision in the case

Her barrister wrote to the taxman on Monday, as calls grew for the Prime Minister to quit in the wake of the party's electoral drubbing, requesting her case be closed as 'soon as possible'.
