Starmer accused of covering up Mandelson vetting scandal

Sir Keir Starmer has been accused of a “cover-up” over the Mandelson vetting scandal in an attempt to save his premiership. The Prime Minister has insisted that nobody in Downing Street was aware that Lord Mandelson was made US ambassador despite failing security vetting.
