Drivers ‘owed hundreds of pounds more’ in motor finance scandal

Drivers who were mis-sold car finance should be getting hundreds of pounds more in compensation, a consumer group has claimed, as it prepares to take the City watchdog to court because of its £9.1bn redress scheme. Consumer Voice accused the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) of siding with lenders in how its compensation scheme was designed for millions of drivers who were mis-sold car finance.
