Putin expands world’s largest drone factory as it ramps up exports to Iran

Russia is expanding the world’s largest Shahed-style drone factory amid a surge in weapons exports to Iran for its military. Moscow has expanded the Alabuga Special Economic Zone (SEZ) – home to Russia’s main drone manufacturing hub – by 340 hectares in the past year.
