Police apologise for arresting dying teen after killer's 'wicked' racism lie

Henry Nowak, 18, suffered a stab wound to his chest and two to the back of his legs after getting into a row with Vickrum Digwa. When police arrived officers handcuffed the teenager after his killer accused him of launching a racist attack.
