Green Party councillor ran business with alleged fraudster

A business partner of a Green Party councillor filmed driving a rented £200,000 supercar has been accused of stealing $2.7m (about £2m) in a cryptocurrency scam. Baggy Khan, 25, who was elected to Bolton Council earlier this month, is named on official business documents alongside Mohamed-Amin Atcha, 25, a school friend.
