Andrew was monitored in fraud inquiry for ‘grubby’ financier relationship

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was reportedly monitored for his “grubby relationship” with a financier caught up in an Iceland fraud investigation. An investigation by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) from December 2009 to March 2011 highlighted concerns about Mr Mountbatten-Windsor’s ties to David Rowland, a Tory donor.
