When Mohan Miajee, a Bangladeshi electrician, spotted a Facebook job ad offering more than five times his salary to work in Russia, he seized the rare opportunity with both hands. Like millions of struggling young men in the densely populated country, Mohan, 30, was happy to emigrate for better money.
