New York Times staff launch witch hunt to identify editor who triggered federal probe into paper after claiming he was passed over for promotion for being white

The lawsuit filed by The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Tuesday claims the Times passed over the unnamed plaintiff for a promotion.
