Baroness Casey: I’ve failed grooming gang victims

Baroness Casey of Blackstock has said she feels personally responsible for failing grooming-gang victims. The crossbench peer, who first investigated allegations of child sexual abuse in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, a decade ago, said she had grown increasingly frustrated at the pace of change.
